Our Process

Step-by-Step Self-Paced Learning Process

  1. 01

    Browse & Register

    Browse KIBCo's course catalogue, then create your official learner account on the student portal with your full name, email, phone number, and ID number. Courses are grouped under areas such as Business Studies, Counselling Psychology, ICT, Leadership, and Personal Development. Select a course that best matches your academic or professional goals.

  2. 02

    Enroll & Pay

    Log in and enroll in your chosen course. Complete payment via Co-operative Bank transfer or M-Pesa Paybill 819450 to activate full course access. Once payment is confirmed by the finance office, full access to all learning materials is immediately activated. Your enrolled course will then appear prominently on your personal learner dashboard.

  3. 03

    Access the LMS

    Log in to the KIBCo Learning Management System. Access lecture videos, PDFs, assignments, and quizzes for your enrolled course. Use your registered credentials to securely navigate all academic activities from one central platform. The LMS automatically tracks your progress and keeps all course content neatly organized.

  4. 04

    Learn & Progress

    Complete the orientation module, then work through all modules sequentially — watch lectures, read materials, complete quizzes, assignments, and practicals. Each activity is carefully designed to assess your understanding before you can progress to the next unit. You must meet the set completion requirements to unlock each subsequent module.

  5. 05

    Assess & Graduate

    Undertake the final evaluation: examination, research project, or practical assessment. Receive your verified Certificate of Completion upon passing. This final stage determines your overall course competency and academic standing. Your certificate may be downloaded directly from the portal or shared digitally for professional use.
